** Spin Classes Start Sept 17, 2019 **
Spinning is an incredible cardio workout that allows you to go as hard (or as easy) as you want. It's your bike. You are in full control. All our clients say they were nervous the first time, but then loved it after and they keep coming back. Come visit the studio and our staff will give you a tour to ensure you are comfortable when arriving for your first class. If you try it once and still believe it's just not for you, our owner Shawn will personally refund your first class.
How to Sign Up:
Everything is done online. Simply click "SIGN UP" to begin creating your online profile, login and password. From there, you can buy credits, sign up for classes and cancel classes if you need to. You can do it from your computer, or use the MindBody App on your smartphone. Call us at 416-259-2453 and ask for Shawn or Chris if you ever need technical assistance signing up for classes.
Click "SIGN UP" to view the schedule and enroll for classes, but in a nutshell, the weekly schedule is as follows:
|Mondays at 6:15pm to 7pm||Instructor: Laura|
|Tuesdays at 6:15pm to 7pm||Instructor: Scott|
|Wednesdays at 9:15am to 10am|
Wednesdays at 6:15pm to 7pm

Ample parking is right in front of the store/studio. It's free after 6:00pm and meter parking is available before 6pm.
